With Kaoru Yamaguchi and Rokuro Yabashi, founds the New Age Painting Exhibition.

Develop the New Age Painting Exhibition; founds the Association of Free Artists.

1950
With Yamaguchi and Yabashi, withdraws from the Association of Free Artists and founds the Modern Art Association.

1962
Awarded the first prize at the 5th Modern Japanese Art Exhibition and the Education Minister's Prize at the 3rd International Biennial Exhibition of Prints in Tokyo.

1970
Received Wakayama Prefecture Award of Culture.

1973
